Bayside Pool & Spa provides many services and is is well accomplished with most home and contents insurers, from fusion of swimming pool pumps or electrical problems and salt water chlorinators.

Getting a Insurance Report

When a problem is detected with a swimming pool pump or salt water chlorinator you have the option of dropping it off at our workshop located at the store or organizing us to come and pick it up. Reports generally take 2 - 3 business days after drop off, this may differ depending on current repairs and reports that are currently being undertaken. Depending on the damage of the equipment a repair and replacement may be provided on the report.

Once the report is completed a copy is able to be forwarded directly to the insurer of your choice. When authorization has been given we are able to repair or replace the swimming pool equipment in question within 1 - 2 business days.
